1. Who we are and scope
TIRGAR INTERPOLGAR DIGITAL LLC (“we”) operates the interpolgarnexus.com website and the Interpolgar Nexus platform. This policy describes how we handle personal data (a) of website visitors and business contacts, where we are the controller / business, and (b) of data our customers upload to the platform, where we are the service provider / processor and the customer is the controller. Notice at collection: by submitting the contact form you agree to the handling described here.
2. Data we collect from the website
• Identifiers and professional data: name, company, email address, interest and the message you write in the form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and the date/time of the request, recorded for security and abuse prevention.

If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required. We honor “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. See the Cookie Policy.
4. How we use data
To respond to your request, schedule meetings, demonstrations and pilots; send communications related to your request; operate and protect the website (for example, limiting spam); comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes; and, with your consent or where the law permits, send you commercial information that you may unsubscribe from at any time.
5. Who we share data with
With service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email, security) under contracts that limit use to providing us the service and require security measures (see the Subprocessors list); with professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurance) bound by confidentiality; with authorities when the law requires; and with a successor in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, with notice. We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.
6. Platform data (customers)
Data an organization uploads to the platform (for example, about its insureds, policies, claims, payments or credit applications) is processed only on behalf of and according to the instructions of that organization, under its contract and, where applicable, a data processing addendum or Business Associate Agreement. We do not use that data for advertising or to train AI models. If you are an insured or applicant of a customer organization and want to exercise rights over your data, please contact that organization first; we will help it respond.
7. Sensitive information
Pilots are run with synthetic or de-identified data. Identifiable health, financial or government-identification information is processed only under a specific written agreement and additional controls. If you send us sensitive information by mistake, tell us so we can delete it.
8. Retention

• Platform data: during the contract; afterwards returned or deleted as the contract provides (up to 30 days to export).
• Backups: cyclical rotation of a few weeks.

9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California or other states with privacy laws), you may request to: know what data we process and where it comes from; access and portability; correction; deletion; limit the use of sensitive data; and opt out of sale or use for targeted advertising (we do not sell or share for those purposes). We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising their rights. Write to info@interpolgarnexus.com stating your request; we will verify your identity using the information we already hold, respond within 45 days (extendable once by another 45 with notice) and, if we decline, explain why and how to appeal. An authorized agent may act for you with proof of authorization.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS) and of sensitive data at rest, role-based access and least privilege, two-factor authentication, an audit log with integrity verification, isolation between customers, encrypted backups and vendor review. No system is infallible. The Security and compliance page details which controls exist and which are in preparation; we do not yet hold SOC 2 or HIPAA certifications.
11. Security incidents
If a breach affecting personal data occurs, we will investigate without delay, contain it, notify affected customers as their contract provides and, where the law requires, authorities and affected individuals within legal deadlines.
